- Provide First Level Support to customer.
- Ensure all infrastructures, equipment, and applications are working properly.
- Provide Data Search & Analysis for management and customer.
- Solid experiences in Unix, Windows server 200x, Windows XP.
- Solid experiences in Oracle SQL.
- Strong Unix administration & troubleshooting skill (Sun Solaris & Linux).
- Solid experience in network and security.
- Experience implementing and managing disaster recovery procedures.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Server/WAN infrastructure.
- Ability in web application development is a plus.
- D3/S1 Computer Science from reputable university.
- At least 4 years experiences in similar positions.
- Willing to work odd hours.
- Strong commitment to quality customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent spoken and written English
