1. HRD Staff (HRD)
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Age max. 27 yrs old
- Diploma in HRM would be advantage
- Min. 1 yrs of relevant experience in HR capacity
- Have knowledge of Human Resource Management
- Hands on experience in managing ISO 9001 & 14001
- Experience working in factory operations would be an advantage
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Ambitious and high achiever
Responsibilities:
- Able to manage ISO 9001 & 14001
- Special concentration on training and human resources development
2. Designer (DSG)
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Age max. 32 yrs old
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical (Design) Engineering
- Min. 5 yrs experience in the same field
- Have good knowledge of design standard, Resin, Product Design and Analysis
- Familiar with CAD/CAM & CATIA, Auto Cad 2D & 3D
- Understand Machining Process & Injection Molding
- Have strong communication in English both oral and written
- Experience working in factory operations would be an advantage
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to work as team
- Ambitious and high achiever
- Must possess management skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating customer requirements for design
- Managing documentation for ISO 9001 & 14001
