We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Oil Palm Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. PT. Agro Indomas is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 60,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in Jakarta and Kalimantan.

Head of Engineering

Requirements :

You as the head of engineering will be responsible for the operation of the palm oil mills in our plantations efficiently maximising productivity. Further you will be responsible for all mechanical and civil activities in the plantations overseeing designing, constructing and maintenance of all civil and mechanical requirements of the organisation including roads, bridges, buildings, warehouses, mills, schools, hospital etc,. You will also be responsible for operation of the central work shop ensuring all repairs and maintenance are performed as scheduled and will also be responsible for managing vehicles and machinery of the organisation meeting the business requirements. At all time you will ensure adherence to EHS standards, further you will be required to manage a large work force and deal with outside service providers in carrying out you’re functions.

You must be a good leader and a team player with a degree in Mechanical / Civil engineering, have an excellent knowledge of materials and dealing with people at all levels. A minimum of 7 - 10 years experience in designing, constructing and operating mills and handling large construction project are essentials.
