MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Reporting directly to Deputy General Manager
• Responsibility for maintenance of all electrical, mechanical of Heavy Equipment
• Managing of all corrective and preventive maintenance work through the Computerized Maintenance Management System ensuring all information is up to date
• Able to read part book and shop manual as guidance in maintenance
• Maintenance of the records, reports and documentation of all related topics
• Ensure that all equipment and installations are in line with local rules and regulation as well as Corporate Standards, Policies & Procedures
• Perform other duties as requested

Responsibilities:

• Control and planning maintenance Schedule List and control spare part equipment
• Control consumable maintenance machine equipment

Requirements:

• Male min 26 years old
• Engineering Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering (Heavy Equipment / Crane)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related position
• Experience with computerized engineering systems as well as computer literate
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills to drive service excellence
• Detail oriented, meticulous and quality driven
• Flexible, resilient and an independent functioning
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, in mathematical or diagram form
• Role model in providing service excellence to our guests or customer
