Area Sales Supervisor
Main duties
Are to manage, coach and lead Sales Force to ensure achievement of NPS targets and KPI (including “C” standard) targets by:
- Cyclical/regular field assessments and coaching days to improve effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of sales force. Target set by Regional Sales Manager (suggested 3 visits per month with every sales force).
- Held regular Sales Meeting to review area performance of team members including planning daily work reports, territory journey planning, expense reports and all reports as required by the business and cascade contents of National/Regional meetings.
- Understanding and sharing with team members all areas of the Foodservice Industry, including culinary trends, techniques, and hygiene requirements.
- Proper implementation of Sales Administration System.
- Ensuring proper execution of Transfer Order.
- Distributor management, including profitability.
- Responsibility on product/brand activation in respective area.
Qualifications:
- Any gender, max 28 years old.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Minimum 2 years of sales / sales training work experience.
- Ability to work with people and passion to succeed.
- Good presentation skill.
- Good interpersonal & good communication skills.
- Having driving licence and able to drive a car.
- Willing to be stationed within cities in Indonesia.
