- He or she must posses bachelor (D3/S-1) degree in Electric / Metallurgy / Mechanic / Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates with 0-year experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record in student organization will be an added value
- Have a strong analytical thinking.
- Able to work in multi-cultural environment
