A PMA Company in Project Management, Design, Engineering; Construction and Facility Management are looking for candidates to fill the following positions :
Facility Estimator
Qualification :
- Minimum Academy / Diploma graduate majoring in Civil / Architecture
- Minimum 2 years in building maintenance / office interior project estimation : to build up BQ; to make quotation, etc
- Have high accuracy skill
- Able to work with minimum supervision and in a constrain time
- To be able to finish the job with minimum supervision in timely manner
- Familiar with working under pressure
- Good team player, honest, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit
- Have knowledge in Auto cad 2000 & 3D studio max or Photoshop
- Would be able to start immediately
