HR Industrial Relation Officer
Job Description :
- Monitor the implementation of Collective Labor Agreement, policies, and program of industrial relations
- Provide advice and feedback to HR manager on Industrial Relations matters
- Assist HR manager to maintain ongoing relationship with employee, labor union & related government bodies
- Assist HR manager to conduct the socialization of industrial policies to employee
- Assist HR manager to analyze industrial relation cases and provide report and recommendation
- Assist HR manager to conduct study related to industrial relation matters
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in HR - Industrial Relations
- Familiar with manpower regulation
- Good presentation and communication skill
- Good English proficiency
- Willing to be placed in Medan North Sumatera
