- Min. IPK = 3.00
- Having Experience Min. 2 years in Tower (BTS)
- Having Experience in Tower Consultant Company
- Having computer skill of Microsoft TOWER
- Able to operate "TEKLA" Programmer
- Fundamental estimating skill is a must
- Having good analytical thinking
- Able to work in Team
