Inventory Control Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Reguler monitoring and reporting stock resume (weekly basis) for futher action.
- Monitoring and follow up action to achieve DOI budget.
- Identifying bottleneck of stock issue and develop action plan.
- Idntified action to maintain surplus stock level within the budget.
- Coordination with production planning, sales, raw material to minimize surplus.
- Reguler inventory meeting with sales to reduce customer differ.
- Coordination with production planning to maintain buffer stock level for fast moving product.
- Reguler buffer stock review.
- Coordination reguler stock take of all coils inventory, chemical, aluminium, zinc and paint.
- Reconcile stock take result.
- Presentation stock take result to related department.
- To monitor coil, disposition and slow moving stock to ensure all coils is actioned quickly.
- Controlling and reporting aging coil and aging paint to get further decision from related area.
- Controlling item product structure to prevent build up or run out of raw material stock and wrong costing.
- Offering alternative product to the customers from surplus stock.
- Preparation surplus aging coils to be auctioned.
- Reguler meeting with coil slitting vendor.
- Reguler meeting with customer which implement VMI.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Inventory Planning.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cilegon.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
