Production Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male/female, age minimum 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree (S-1) in Engineering
• Minimum 1 years experience in the same position, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Good ability in set-up quality standards and procedures
• Develop and maintain system to measure performance against standards
• Ensure high product quality and consistency is established and maintain at all times
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs which emphasize continuous quality improvement with clear goals and objective in place
• Work closely with the other department team to implement the company and factory policies and goals
• Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving and proven team player
• Good organization skill, accept responsibility, and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, also responsible for motivating people within the production team
• Good command in English is an advantage
