Project Manager
Requirements:
- Team Leader to one of the largest construction projects in the area and be directly responsible for:
- Design and detail for building construction, electrical & mechanical installations
- Provide site management and quality control analysis insuring that specification are maintained and controlled
- Preparation of the bill of quantity (RAB)
- Promote safety in standard operating procedures and a safe working environment for the new installation
- Assistance with administration and coordination of contracts
- Interface with contractors and vendors on the project, including solicitation of quotes, selection, and field direction while partnering with engineering consultants
- Review and approve supplier drawings, engineering and structural drawings
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company's sustainable development objectives
