DRAFTER
Job Overview :
To provide a variety of technical services that support the design and specification of structural frame products. He/She will produce comprehensive framing layouts for floor, roof and wall systems, as well as provide design calculations for single structural members
REQUIREMENTS :
- Four Year undergraduate degree in Architecture or equivalent construction industry experience
- Working knowledge of CAD applications
- Microsoft Office suite Knowledge – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent communication and able to talk to management level
- Certification in structural/ architectural drafting
- Wood framing construction background preferred
- Static’s, Mechanics and Materials background preferred
- Ability to read blue prints and other construction documents
