Job Description:
The position will be responsible for assisting RTM in executing people hiring and development strategy & initiatives in Traditional Trade function.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline; 25 – 35 years old.
- Minimum 2 years experiences as a Sales Practitioner in a FMCG company, especially in Traditional Channel.
- Good interviewing & presentation skill and willing to develop people.
- Will be stationed in Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, or Surabaya (Please choose) and willing to have extensive business travels.
